Perfect Scrambled Eggs
You have an egg. You've made your selection of 'scrambled', there's a time and a place for fried, boiled and poached, but today is not the day. Question is how do you scramble them to perfection.
Heres how:
1. whisk egg. Do not add anything to them. No seasoning and absolutely no milk.
2. pour your to a cold pan saucepan with a minimal about of oil.
3. cook the eggs on a very low heat for 30 seconds.
4. take them off the heat for 30 seconds and stir.
5. repeat steps 4 and 5 until the eggs are cooked. Do not be tempted to rush the process. Low and slow is your friend.
6. Once cooked, add butter and salt.
7. Serve as you feel fit. Enjoy
